  • Our private event venue can host a wide range of events including weddings, corporate events, bridal and baby showers, fundraisers, birthday parties, and more.

  • Weekday (Mon–Thurs): $125/hr (2-hour minimum)

    Weekend (Fri–Sun): 4-hour block: $600; 8-hour full-day: $1,000

    Cleaning Fee: $125

    Security Deposit: $250 (refundable)

    Overtime: Charged in full-hour increments at $125/hr. (weekday) or $150/hr. (weekend)

    30 min grace period before event begins at owner’s discretion.

    50% due at signing (reservation deposit)

    Remaining 50% + $250 security deposit due 14 days before event

  • Ten 6×2.5 ft wood-top folding tables

    (seat 6–8 each)

    50 blond wood chairs (white cushions)

    50 dark wood chairs (white cushions)

    Lobby sofas + end tables

    6 outdoor picnic tables

    Optional add-ons (peacock chair, etc)

  • Renter receives access to the entire venue, including:

    Lobby (19×13 ft)

    Kitchen (13×13 ft)

    Large Party Room (13×35 ft)

    Reception seating: 40 Guests

    Small Party Room (18×13 ft)

    Reception seating: 24 Guests

    Outdoor area with 6 picnic tables (38×41 ft)

    Maximum occupancy is 120 guests.

  • Yes, we offer event planning services to help make your event as stress-free as possible. Our team can assist with event design, vendor coordination, and day-of coordination.

  • Yes, you are welcome to bring in your own vendors. We also have a list of recommended vendors that we can provide to you upon request.

  • Outside catering allowed; no indoor open flames for cooking.

    Beer & wine allowed; hard liquor only with licensed bartender.

    Decorations: must be freestanding or scotch/painter’s tape only. No confetti/glitter.

    Children must be supervised at all times.

    No pets except ADA service animals.

    No smoking or vaping indoors; 25 ft from doors.

    Compliance with City of Brentwood noise ordinance required; amplified sound ends by 10 p.m.

    All décor removed, trash taken out, lights & HVAC off at exit.

    Damage fees: $300/table, $40/chair.

    Venue may require security staff for certain events.

    Venue may end event immediately for safety, illegal activity, or rule violations.
